 Everyone offers to want to be healthy and would like to enjoy the benefits of a healthy body. Was the first have enough information to make a significant difference in our lives. however, Knowledge alone is not enough to bring about the changes we desire in.



In order to see real change in our health, we need to have goals and plan accordingly how on medical school wanted to look at the importance of setting goals. 1.GOALS:

Setting goals helps us focus on what would like to change and what needs to be done to achieve it. It is important to understand that health and well-being come from the combination of lifestyle factors.

If you want to achieve your health goals created a daily goal to set yourself on the right path. Here are a few examples for you to choose from or to inspire you to create your own nutrition, portion size.

When it comes to nutrition portion sizes something that everyone needs to pay attention to reduce your portion size and eat less than you usually do. This is a great first stage to make because it allows you to enjoy the foods that you usually eat by still making a healthy change.

2.SNACK:
Snack on a piece of fruit or a small handful of nuts in the package snacks food this will add protein, fiber and healthy fats which will sustain your energy level.

3.WATER:
Drink most water if even if you drink other beverages during the day slowly reduce the number of sodas and use and replace them with water, if water is too bland for you, you can try to infuse the water.

4.HOME COOKED FOOD:

Home cooked meals are tough to implement with planning and practice it can be done. Making more meals in your kitchen and enjoying them at your table can help you reach several goals, like eating healthier cutting calories savings money and increasing family time.

5. PHYSICAL ACTIVITY GOALS:
1.Walking
A walking routine burns calories and increases stamina energy levels and both strengths the wide your walking time into smaller segments of space throughout the day if that works better for you.

2. Get active
Physical inactivity and sedentary lifestyle are silent killers there is evidence that shows adults who sit less through the day. Have a lower risk of early death particularly from heart diseases.

It will only take small changes in your routine to cut down how much time you spent sitting each day.stand to read the paper move around the house while you check text messages and emails on your phone at work.

3.Strength
muscle strength necessary for all daily moment to build and maintain strong bones. to regulate blood sugar and blood pressure and to help maintain the healthy weight. try to incorporate body-weight exercises into your life. try to do at least one set of 8 to 12 repetitions of push-ups and squats.

6. SLEEP AND STRESS GOALS:


1.Screen time
Make it a rule to avoid screen time at least an hour before you sleep, according to National Sleep Foundation using your electronics in your bedroom can actually disrupt the natural patterns of your sleep-wake cycles. this destruction makes it harder for you to sleep peacefully at night to get rejuvenating quality sleep than your body needs.

2. Meditation



Begin your meditation by setting aside 5 minutes of your day whenever you feel is best. morning's energizer your days. the evening might calm you down before your bedtime. Meditation has been proved as to health physiologically by reducing blood pressure and psychologically by adding focus and creativity.

Lifestyle changes shouldn't be adding stress to an already stressful life. you can choose to modify your lifestyle at your own pace. stay positive at all times and realize that some change it is better than no change. start taking these steps to improve the health
