Why chicken is the worst bad protein
Suppose you are not a vegetarian or vegetarian - Suppose you eat a balanced & plant based food, I think it is very healthy and good for you.

No difference in cholesterol
Many people stop eating red meat and switch to the chicken, only to find that they do not get much improvement in their cholesterol level or very little.
One main reason for this is that the chickens are genetically modified in different ways and one of them should have more fat, which contains more cholesterol.
Bacterial
You can eat most sources of protein raw (beef, fish, eggs, milk, even pork) - but the chicken is definitely the one you never want to. In fact, more than 97% of chicken "bacteria that will make you sick" don't waste your money on your chicken for bad protein
Chicken Is FAKE Meat
Chicken breast is now 3x bigger some years ago. This is for some reasons.
First of all, the DNA of chicken has been modified to be very big breasts because it is part of chicken which most people buy and eat.
Secondly, the chickens get "breast enhancement" by going to China, being pumped from the liquid, the breast is also enclosed for larger size and then sent to your country
again, anything to make more money.
Cancer is causing
Some other things fill the chickens, which FDA has admitted - is arsenic, a highly toxic chemical that is 4x more poisonous than mercury.
Arsenic is given to chickens because it causes quicker weight gain and less feeding, and it also enhances the pink coloring in raw meat.
So now you know why it takes only 3 months instead of 12+ months, to have a chicken which has more than 3x breast size and doubled weight at a lower cost.
It's fake, poisonous meat!
Even labeling is too confusing
"Raised without hormones" is useless, because USDA does not allow its use with chickens bad protein.
"Natural or farm-raised" is also worthless because it does not tell you anything, how it was raised, what was fed to them or if they were treated with medicines or antibiotics.
"Free Range" means that they can look out, even if they get stuck in a small pen every day.
But if you are going to eat chicken bad protein, if possible, get it from a local farmer - as it is rare.
Unfortunately, 99.9% of the chickens raised in the US have factory accounting for chickens. Even if the chickens have been raised in free-range and organic farms, then chickens often spend limited time till the crowded spaces in the form of traditional farms.
It is just a matter of economics and money - there is nothing to do with its health!
